Hannah was AMAZING! I researched 9 different insurance companies - and then dug a little deeper in some when I found out GMI could give me quotes from several different companies. Hannah helped me find the right insurance tailored to me and my situation. She was super incredibly patient as I asked her to run several different scenarios with different potential cars and drivers (through several different insurance companies no less to help save me time and help me find the best policies available for me). All of this to help me know what I'd be looking at if I allowed my daughter to drive, if I could afford getting a certain new car (or a different one), and if I could get a car for my daughter too. And then she helped me bundle my home insurance as well, then patiently walked me through all the steps to get the information she needed to get this done efficiently. She made the process at effortless as possible and offered top-notch customer service in every way. She even remembered me when I called back to pull the trigger after completing my research. I highly recommend GMI being at the top of your list for places to call when you're looking into auto or home insurance (but really, you should save more and get both!). (And I hope Hannah gets the recognition she very much deserves - she's the one who won by business! But so happy to know it seems everyone on the team I've interacted with is just as great!)
